Website Hosting

Flywheel is by far the best website hosting solution for WordPress. Unlike other hosting providers, Flywheel does not provide email, template and plugin marketplaces or other extras. Instead, they focus only on being the best at what they do, which is host WordPress websites. If you want a secure, blazing fast, great value for money solution for your WordPress site this is it.

Flywheel constantly back ups your site, even if you mess up something you can fully restore your site with the press of a button. You don’t need any plugins to do it.

They offer free SSL certificates and hosting starts for as little as $14 a month.

Their customer service is also amazing. I (and many others) highly recommend them. I have tried most other solutions over the years and none of them come even close to Flywheel.

Hostgator is another popular hosting provider that is way more versatile. They offer hosting for additional platforms other than  WordPress and you can also host your professional email with them. If you decide to go with Hostgator I would recommend choosing one of the mid range tiers if you want your website to load decently fast and be able to handle more than a few visitors at a time.

Domain Name Research

Domain Registrars

GoDaddy is one of the largest domain registrars in the world. They have reasonable prices, plenty of choices and frequent promotions. I’ve been using them for my domains and have been more than happy with the service. I wouldn’t recommend using their other services like hosting or website builder.
